GP Veterinary Surgeon in an Independent growing SA Practice

I would like to find somebody who is as enthusiastic and passionate about caring for their patients as my little Team here. I need somebody to work alongside me here at Dunton Veterinary Clinic to share the ever-growing work load and bring new ideas to our Independent practice. We know our patients well and take pride in offering excellent customer service. I would like an assistant who may initially need support (New graduate or New to the UK WELCOME) but that wishes to develop their GP skills and areas of interest. OR would equally suit an established GP that’s looking to find the practice they wish to become part of (profit share offered long term). We have 3 RVN’s so a small but very experienced and knowledgeable Team. We work to RCVS practice standards and are a nurse training practice. This practice has so much potential in a great location but I can’t do any more on my own! Lovely purpose-built clinic, operating suite, prep, seperate cats/dog ward, plenty of room for expansion, in a semi-rural location with 15 minutes into City life and 15 minutes to the main Bham airport. Perfect base for easy access to the rest of the UK. Salary depends on experience, hours/days you wish to work, incentivised bonus, with CPD encouraged, Pension Permanent – part or full time
