Full Job Description

Have you seen adverts with “lots of private potential” but somehow you know nobody can actually tap that potential? How can you when you have to do 40 UDAs a day?! Wouldn’t it be good if somebody could actually show you the steps of how to do this in ANY practice, rather than hearing the same unhelpful advice “just do more private”? We are looking for an associate dentist to join our team of motivated dentists who are all also making this journey, and we all are pulling in the same direction. Our practice is modern well equipped and ridiculously well run. Our associates are doing bigger cases involving treatments such as Invisalign and composite bonding so you would need to have good basic dentistry skills such as being able to deliver a good standard e-max crowns and composites confidently. You should have be willing to invest in good courses like Aspire Dental or Christopher Orr, Kishan and Jin’s SmileAcademy SmileFast, Hatem’s Perio Academy, PYP (the associate course), Minesh Patel’s F: ocus to name but a few. The Job: The practice is based on the South-West London/Surrey border (Mitcham). Good train and bus links. Free parking nearby. The permanent position will have a small NHS element (anything between 1800-2500 UDAs) because applicants will be spending at least 50% of their time doing private work, and we will be looking to reduce your UDA burden as you progress. Hours will be based on a shift system to help with a good work life balance (4-5 shifts a week- Monday-Friday). The post would suit any dentist who is early on in their career and most importantly has a passion for improvement, we don’t want somebody just looking for a job. However, we are open to all applicants of any experience level.   Job Type: Full-time Salary: £48,978.71-£131,630.67 per year Schedule:
