Job Summary Experienced Full-time or Part-time Dental Receptionist, Cirencester Dental Practice Cirencester Dental Practice is an established “centre of excellence”, private dental practice located in the centre of Cirencester. We offer high quality general, implant and cosmetic dentistry to patients of all ages. The practice also offers a full range of Facial Aesthetic services and receives external referrals for implant, orthodontic and endodontic treatment. We are looking for an exceptional, friendly and positive full- or part-time Dental Receptionist to join our existing team. Responsibilities and Duties THE ROLE
  • Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
  • Booking and amending appointments in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Updating patient details and records
  • Answering and dealing with patient email enquires
  • Supporting Practice Management and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Making patients aware of dental services we offer
  • Handling payments and carrying out end of day cashing up
  • Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Handling patient finance and Denplan patient membership applications (training will be provided)
  • Liaising with dental laboratories, dentists and other third parties to ensure smooth running of the practice
  • Printing Day Lists
  • Keeping reception area and desk clean and tidy
  • Ordering Reception and Office Stationery
  • Franking/sending of mail
Qualifications and Skills WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Previous Administration/Reception experience with knowledge of Dentistry
  • Exceptional customer service standards
  • Someone who can create a positive, memorable experience that patients will recommend to their friends and family
  • Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Ability to deliver warmth, charm and hospitality in every aspect of the role
  • Real pride and passion for what you do
  • Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctual
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support the team
  • Good personal appearance
  • Be self-motivated with ability to work individually and in a team
  • Experience in use of EXACT Software Of Excellence dental software is desirable but not essential
