E-Commerce Product Merchandiser

Can you create joy in vision for our customers? As our E-commerce product merchandiser that’s exactly what you’ll do.

In this new role within our marketing team, you’ll lead the delivery of the latest content and product updates across the Vision Express suite of websites. Additionally you’ll always be on the lookout for new trends and opportunities to increase sales across our platforms ensuring our customers receive the most up to date offers and content. 

Whatcan you expect from the role?

With a key focus on creating joy for our customers, you’ll analyse the customer journey to identify opportunities to improve customer experience. In this role,you’ll be the sole owner of all online promotional activity so you’ll be responsible for the management, implementation and crafting of onsite promotions across all channels.

We’ll look to you to give every customer a world class customer experience as you provide support for customer service queries and provide solution for any problems that arise. Working collaboratively across our ecommerce, marketing and trading teams you will lead the way in making sure that online sales and conversion opportunities are maximised.

About you

We’re looking for candidates with previous experience of e-commerce and online marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced retailer. Obsessed with the customer journey, you’ll always start and end the decision-making process with the customer in the mind.

You’ll enjoy being in the detail and be prepared to get involved. A true team player and experienced at working to a tight budget, you’ll be driven to maximise sales and profits and always on the lookout for new opportunities.
