Divisional Ophthalmic Business Partner – South

Are you passionate about creating joy for your customers? We are looking for a registered optometrist to join our professional services team to provide support with key stakeholders across the business and that can help us to create joy in vision through an expert and trusted eyecare experience.

What can you expect from the role?

At Vision Express we win together, so all our colleagues have a role to play in making our customers feel special. You will spend most of your week getting to know your team, supporting the professional services team to provide your industry knowledge with our divisional directors.

It is up to you to bring our brand to life in every colleague and customer interaction you have. However, you will see more than just the examination room. You will be involved in shaping our success, through working closely with the team, you will provide market insight and look at ways we can strive to be the best and build high achieving teams that deliver an experience that creates joy in vision for our customers.

About you

 

For this role, you will need to be a GOC/CORU registered optometrist, who has been qualified for three years with a passion for providing a unique customer and colleague experience.
