Dental Receptionist / Telephone Receptionist Are you looking to be part of a team culture where you excel at what you do and provide efficient and excellent support for the team and patients? Our team is expanding into its third building, so Abbey House Dental is looking for a fantastic Dental Receptionist/Telephone Receptionist to join their team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate should be efficient and articulate and MUST be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Experience in dental and customer service is a MUST. We are looking for candidates with the following skillset:

Job role requirement:
  • Friendly, warm, welcoming greeting of patient in person or on the telephone adding to an excellent overall experience
  • Tracking of customer queries, customer marketing data
  • Responsible for the incoming inquiries via Telephone, Email and Social Media channels
  • Follow up on all enquiries and arrange bookings for consultations along with reporting and general administration duties.
  • Sending appropriate regular emails as part of customer care experience
  • Ability to fill up available diary bookings effectively and profitably
  • Answering the telephone, resolving queries quickly and compassionately, and ability to turning leads into clients
  • Logging patient data in relevant reports for the use of managers
  • Uploading patient data in the appropriate softwares
  • Tracking laboratory work, deliveries, and referrals
  • Taking payments, creating and emailing treatment paperwork
  • Upholding the company values throughout
  • Further duties may entail liaising with various team members. Most importantly, you will manage the journey for new patients from the initial inquiry to a successful acceptance of treatment
The fundamentals:
  • Reports to Operations and Business Manager
  • This is a full time position where the candidate will be required to work Monday – Friday. The candidate will also be required to be flexible to work evenings and some weekends when necessary.
  • Starting Salary 21-24K DOE plus bonus (pro-rata)

  • Experience within a dental field is a MUST
