Dental Receptionist Full Time

Castlegate Dental Practice is looking for an enthusiastic individual with a bright, friendly personality, along with reliability, motivation and a professional appearance to join our team working on the practice reception. Working at the front line of the practice you will be the first contact (and usually the last) for our patient’s journey that day or possibly on the phone or via email. Every contact the patient has should be warm, friendly and with care. All communications require accuracy, politeness and sometimes genuine empathy. Castlegate is a referral practice for Implants, Sedation and Invisaline alongside general dentistry so we maintain a professional relaxed environment for both patient and staff welfare. Castlegate Dental Practice is a York City centre based practice. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8.15 to 5.15 The position is full time at 40 hours a week. Hourly rate to be discussed with candidate and will be dependent on age and experience. National minimum wage rates may apply and will be reviewed during probation period.
