Full Job Description
Euston Place Dental are looking for a dedicated, professional and enthusiastic, patient services team member to join our award winning dental practice team at the most established private practice in Leamington spa.
You would benefit from working amongst experienced and supportive colleagues in a fully digitalised dental practice, with many state of the art facilities and would be involved in supporting patients with accessing a wide range of dental treatments.

- Have previous experience of working as a medical receptionist for 3+ years

- Perform a high quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness and profitability in line with the GDC guidelines and practice policies
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team
- Liaise with the practice manager on all matters concerning administration, pay and service conditions
- Answering telephone and email enquiries for new and existing patients
- Help to drive the progress of the dental practice in its continued transition to digital dentistry
- Welcome and serve patients in a prompt and pleasant manner
- Communicate with patients through the entire patient journey regarding relevant aspects of their dental care
- Schedule patients appointments
- Collect and record patient payments
- Maintain patient dental records electronically
- Liase with dental laboratories, suppliers and other organisations as required
- Deal with patient feedback in a prompt manner
- Promote the sale of dental sundries at the practice
- 4 or 5 days per week available
- Monday to Thursday – 8am to 5pm, Fridays 8am to 4pm
- One hour lunch, usually between 1-2pm
