Dental Receptionist/ Admin Support

Salary – Competitive, depending on experience + Monthly Bonus Scheme Due to expansion we are looking for another Receptionist to join our busy but welcoming surgery based in Crawley Town Centre. We are an Independent private practice. We are located in Crawley town centre. The Practice is commutable from areas such as Horsham, Uckfield, Guildford, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton, Worthing etc. We are a modern, multi-award winning dental practice providing excellent quality, dental care and service to its patients, for a substantial period of time. The practice offers patients high-quality treatment with their comfort in mind to ensure that their dental experience is a relaxing and pleasurable one. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a reception role. Experience of working in a dental practice would be ideal, but is not essential as full training would be provided. Experience using SOE would also be an advantage. The successful candidate will work closely with our current Receptionists and together you will be the face of the business and the first port of call for patients. In order to be successful you must possess strong customer service skills and be comfortable communicating with customers across various channels. We are a 6 surgery site with plans to grow the business significantly over the next 6 months. The role is very fast paced and requires a high level of multitasking. The main responsibilities of the role may be subject to change as we grow and expand. Working hours: Monday 8:30am – 5:30pm Tuesday 8:30am-5:30pm Wednesday 9:30am – 7:30pm Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm Friday 8:30am – 1:30pm Alternate Saturdays 9am – 2pm. Working hours are unfortunately unnegotiable. We are a Town centre based practice, therefore there is Ample parking. We are a 5 minute walk from Crawley train station.
