Dental Receptionist

Dental receptionist Immediate start * Full-time * MUST HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE An opportunity has arisen for a candidate with exceptional front of house expertise to join our outstanding team based in Cuffley, Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, well presented, customer service savvy individual with the ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional results. Overall role · To answer the phone responsively and deal with enquiries smoothly · To manage patient appointments and clinical diaries to maximise bookings · To facilitate patient payments and cashing up · To undertake general reception duties including computer data entry, scanning and filing, ordering stationary, answering emails etc. · To proactively engage existing and prospective patients and encourage their patron · To maintain an orderly, professional workspace, and work with the team to support the goals of the practice Essential skills and experience · Must have reception-based experience · Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner · Flexible approach to work with a positive attitude · Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills · A good grasp of the Microsoft suite and quick to pick up new software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Diary Management system) · Good standard of written and spoken English · Sales experience would be an asset · Experience of working in a dental setting is desirable You will be such an important part of the team that only those who consider themselves to be dynamic, team players with a successful track record of delivering customer service excellence should apply. 5 days per week (Monday – Friday, and alternate Saturdays) Monday: 9.00am – 5.30pm Tuesday: 9.00am – 5.30pm Wednesday: 8.00am – 5.30pm Thursday: 9.00am – 5.30pm Friday: 8.00am – 4.30pm Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm Sunday: Closed Training is provided Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £11.00-£14.00 per hour Schedule:
