Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our exceptional reception team at Widcombe Dental in Bath, Somerset. If you are passionate about providing patients with excellent customer service, initiative and have a can-do attitude, with a desire to succeed then we want to hear from you! The role: You will be a fundamental part of our front of house team, possessing a range of skills, you will also aid the lead receptionist in any other duties. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to respond to the patients’ needs and ensure their safety and comfort throughout their visits to the practice. Alongside the above duties you will support the Practice Coordinator by ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to and ensuring the dental centre remains compliant with all regulatory requirements.
