Dental Receptionist

Dental Beauty Northfields are currently seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join us at our practice. Our practice is an award winning, highly established and reputable mixed dental clinic located only a short walk from Northfield Underground station. You could be joining a great practice team, led by our Clinical Partner, Dr Adam Silan and Practice Manager, Rachel. The successful candidate will receive a great deal of support and development, and as Dental Beauty expands quickly there will be lots of progression opportunities available. Benefits of the role:

• Hours – Mon, Wed and Thur 08:30-17:30, Tue 11:00-20:00 & Friday 08:30-15:30

About you:

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
• Previous experience of working in a Dental Practice environment is highly desirable for this position, ideally with experience of SOE software
• We ae also happy to accept applications without dentistry experience, as long as you have a wealth of customer service experience
• Results driven, with excellent attention to detail and a positive and friendly personality
• You must be comfortable with being the first point of contact to our patients, and be able to support with driving referrals from existing patients
