We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced dental receptionist, who would like to work in our multi-award winning private dental practice in Wimbledon Village. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and ambitious individual to join our amazing team.
Hours: Full time
Pay: Excellent package offered based on qualifications and experience

Key skills required:
· Providing excellent patient care at every stage of the dentistry process
· Ensuring all patients have an outstanding experience
· Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
· Reliable, flexible, trustworthy and a team player
· Dental nursing experience is desirable but not essential
· SOE experience is required

What your role will include:
· Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression and excellent customer service
· Booking in appointments, answering the telephone, taking payments and dealing with any patients or dentist queries
· Oversee reception
· Training new receptionists and helping in creating training paperwork
· Supporting the Partners, Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
· Working as part of a team to execute a first-class service
· Carrying out specific administrative duties to ensure the effective running of the practice
· You will be responsible for delivering a well-run, effective reception and will lead the admin team that will support you
Start date: Immediate. Full training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate understands the Dental Rooms vision and our day to day values, all geared towards providing our patients with high standards of care and the unique Dental Rooms experience.
