Full Job Description

We are seeking a friendly receptionist who wants to join our newly renovated Practice in West Norwood. Our receptionists play a vital role in the day to day running of our Practice and so we are looking for someone who is highly motivated in delivering exceptional customer service. Our new receptionist must be able to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and provide a positive, caring but professional experience for our patients. Main responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
  • Booking and amending appointments over the phone or on site
  • Undertaking opening and closing procedures
  • Answering patients’ queries by telephone and email as well as in person
  • Promoting the practice for new patients
  • Making patients aware of our dental services and offers
  • Handling payments
  • Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Supporting the Practice Manager and the clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Other reception/admin duties
  • Assist dentist should the need arise in case of an emergency where we are short staffed.
This opportunity is a part-time role. Experience with R4 or any dental software is an added advantage. Job Type: Part-time Salary: £10.00 per hour Benefits:
