Dental Receptionist

Dental receptionist required to join the team at our friendly private dental practice. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work two days a week, Monday and Tuesday (8.15 to 5.15) Experience of SOE an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. We are looking for someone who has a kind and calm manner, computer skills essential to include MS office, excellent interpersonal skills, customer service and a team player. Duties to include: · Answering the phone, greeting patients and booking appointments · Monitoring new patient forms and treatment plans · Taking payments · Handling patient records · Checking and answering emails · Booking referral patients and liaising with referring GDP’s Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 16 per week Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Dental Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
