Full Job Description

Receptionist in Community Dental Services based at Loxford Clinic in Ilford. We are seeking to appoint someone who is passionate about delivering a high-quality standard of care to our patients. The range of services includes Sedation, Special Care Dentistry, Paediatric Dentistry, Domiciliary care, Bariatric, Referral to GA Services at the Royal London Hospital. You will need to be able to work in a very busy environment whilst remaining calm and be able to demonstrate a good understand of and commitment to delivering excellent standards of care. Your main duties will be to:
  • Deliver high quality customer services to patients and visitors and supporting the entire dental team
  • Provide reception duties and greet patients face to face on their arrival.
  • Organise the day list and prepare dental records to run efficient dental services
  • Undertake specific administrative roles as and when directed by the Dentist and Dental Nurse team leader to support the day to day running of the clinics
You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently, proactively and under pressure.
