Dental Receptionist Are you passionate about customer service and patient care? Are you looking to be part of a dynamic team focused on growing our brand and patient base? We are a group of mixed NHS and private dental practices offering the full range of care from general NHS and private care to cosmetic, implant and teeth straightening services. We also offer sedation for nervous patients. We are looking for committed team members who in return will get support to develop and grow into roles they are passionate about. Thank you COVID-19 precaution(s): Remote interview process available on request Personal protective equipment provided or required Plastic shield at work stations Temperature screenings Social distancing guidelines in place Virtual meetings Sanitisation, disinfection or cleaning procedures in place Duties: Providing chair-side assistance Taking records, impressions, or x-rays Billing and maintaining patient records Assisting with lab tasks as needed Assisting with front office tasks as needed Flexible Working Options Available: Staggered hours Part-time Job Duties: Greeting and welcoming visitors Scheduling Managing correspondence Carrying out requests from management as needed Maintaining stock and ordering supplies Answering emails and sorting post Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary Managing website functions and social media Financial Duties: Submitting insurance claims Processing payments Billing Payroll Expense reports Purchasing office supplies Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship Salary: £10.00-£13.00 per hour Schedule:
