Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full time Dental Receptionist required at our well established practice in Morden, which offers a wide range of treatment which includes NHS and Private dental care, hygienist, implant surgery, orthodontics, anti-wrinkle therapy. Ensuring the patients are cared for and there is a smooth patient journey is an important part of this role. What St Helier Dental can offer you; § 5 days a week will be required plus half days on Saturdays. One evening per week may also be required in the future § Opportunity to work with a friendly and experienced team of professionals § Additional training will be provided as needed. The successful applicant must; § Have proven reception experience, ideally within a dental setting § Be motivated and organised § Be a good communicator with excellent communication skills and a good command of the English language § Be able to build relationships with team members and patients § Have excellent telephone manners § Be well presented and professional § Be reliable and punctual § Be computer literate § Be warm and welcoming environment to patients and visitors § Drive to constantly deliver and improve the patient journey in line with St Heliers Visions and Values § Proactive and looking to progress themselves.
