About The Role You will be reporting to the Head of Front of House, working on diary management and client support, to deliver excellent clinic performance and outstanding customer satisfaction. You will be the happy face that meets every patient when they attend YDS and represent our brand to a high standard consistently. Responsibilities – Managing the diaries of dentists to ensure optimal clinic performance – Answering client calls and managing telephony requirements – Organising client bookings and taking payments – Solving client complaints or issues where necessary – Greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring they have a wonderful time at YDS – Being the smiling face of our brand every day Our Ideal Teammate We’ll give you the standard bullet points, but what’s most important to us above all else is the passion that we hold for what we do. Now for the boring bits… – 2+ years reception experience – Dental practice experience preferred, but not essential – Outstanding ability to clearly communicate with clients across all levels – Experience with a digital CRM, HubSpot experience would be an advantage but not essential – An open mind to learning and training – A true dedication to providing delight to our clients Most importantly – you MUST be confident in what you do…you will not be successful if you can’t motivate yourself and your teammates around you.
