Dental Receptionist

Dental on the Banks (Sandbanks, UK) is a modern and innovative dental practice providing bespoke treatments and a thoroughly luxurious journey for the patients of Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional level of dental care with the help of our enthusiastic team. We are looking for a friendly, patient-focused dental receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous dental experience (although we are happy to review applicants with customer-service experience outside of dentistry), and knowledge of how to provide an outstanding customer experience. Organisation and time-management skills are of absolute importance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is preferred. The ideal candidate will be given a range of exciting responsibilities, and excellent opportunities for progression. You have to be welcoming, patient and always go above and beyond when it comes to your interactions with our patients.
