Dental Practice Manager

The Cambridge Dental Hub is looking for a new General or Assistant Manager in our private Cambridge practice. What we are looking for: We are looking for someone capable of motivating, encouraging and leading a large team of receptionists and clinicians. No previous dental experience is required necessarily; we are simply searching for a talented dynamic individual to lead the team and help our business develop and grow, and ultimately help to provide the best possible experience to our patients. Skills An ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills and a keen eye for details. We want somebody that thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge and a real opportunity to make a difference in our company. Organisational skills are key. The successful candidate must have excellent spoken and written English skills, be well presented, and be able to provide at least 1 reference. Education University degree or Previous Nursing or Previous Management experience. Ideally a minimum of 12 months dental nursing. Our Cambridge Practice is modern with lots of natural light, and located in central Cambridge, with parking available. Your responsibilities will be: · Organising and overseeing the staff rota · Diary coordination · Front of house management. · Lead, train and motivate a large team of Dentists, Nurses and Receptionists · Compliance · Complaints What we provide · Up to £34,000 per year · 40-48 hours per week, with at least one weekend day per week (4/5 weekend days per month) · Bonus pay based on targets After Submission of an Application Suitable applicants will be invited for an initial phone interview.
