An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the community dental service team at East Cheshire NHS Trust as a dental receptionist administrator.
We are looking to recruit an experienced, courteous and professional person to join our team.
This role involves working with all staff within the Community Dental Service including administrative colleagues and clinical staff to ensure support is provided to facilitate the smooth running of the service and patient care.
The successful candidate will join the service administrative team, act as dental receptionist and administrator, processing incoming referrals, action daily triage of referrals, manage waiting lists, organise clinical and domiciliary appointments, liaise with hospital colleagues and produce activity reports for the service as required.
The administrative team act as the first point of contact for patients, incoming communication from patients and referrers.
The post holder will manage own workload on a daily basis with little supervision, prioritising and organising tasks to be completed within an expected time frame.
