The Company:
GVC are providing recruitment support to a technology company based in the equine veterinary field, who are actively recruiting for a customer support & success manager to join their team.
The company is new to the market, having developed a leading software product for veterinary surgeons on the move (mainly in the equine and large animal divisions) and are growing on both a domestic and international basis. This is a new role and the successful candidate will currently be working in the veterinary industry, have a broad technical understanding and ability to simply explain products to existing customers, ensuring they gain the best value.
Key responsibilities:
- First line of support for a key account; escalate technical problems to product support and provide more training where required.
- Take the initiative to design and deliver a programme to demonstrate the value customers are gaining from the product, plus what further value they can unlock. (support reports/meeting with statistics/metrics from the product).
- Periodically present value metrics to executives at a UK corporate to demonstrate value through delivery
- Onboard practices of key accounts to ensure good adoption and minimise non-technical support requirements
- Record and prioritise feature requests/ideas to present to the product team.
- Create resources for onboard / training
- Interface with marketing to feedback terminology/approaches to how the benefits are best communicated based on conversations with new customers
