Store: Kings Heath
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours (Weekend working essential)
Salary: Competitive dependent on experience
Experience level: Previous Optical experience is essential for this role

Joining our team as a Contact Lens Assistant, youll have a desire to provide an excellent service to our customers and the ability to communicate with friendly & professional approach.
With experience in a similar role, or as an Optical Assistant looking to utilise your passion for contact lenses, youll already know the basics. Some of your key tasks will include:
- Promoting contact lenses in store & providing customers with detailed and accurate advice
- Making them aware of the different types of lenses available & their advantages
- Helping patients to understand how to use and care for their contact lenses
- Using your knowledge to provide customers with the most up to date information around pricing and offers
