Colleague Experience Partner

Are you looking for a new opportunity to play a key role in making an impact? We’re looking for a Colleague Experience Partner to join our people and culture team on a 6 months secondment.

What can you expect from the role?

Reporting into the Head of Partnering, you will have the opportunity to work with the leadership team to create engaging and fulfilling working environments that drive a customer centric, high performance culture in the specified division. You will sit on the divisional leadership team and be a trusted partner to the Divisional Director in all matters related to employee experience.
