Clinical Pharmacist – Haematology

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist to join our patient-focused and progressive Haematology Pharmacy Team. The post holder will have the opportunity to provide clinical pharmacy services and medicines management to patients of the Haematology Service and play an integral role as part of the MDT, ensuring that a sustainable, high quality pharmacy service is provided to the Haematology patient population of Cardiff and Vale. The post holder will be supported in developing their practice by our experienced Lead / Consultant Pharmacists and the excellent team of professionals working within the Haematology, Immunology and Metabolic Medicine Directorate. As a Clinical Pharmacist working in the Adult Haematology Pharmacy Team, you will have an integral role in providing high-quality specialist pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients across Cardiff and Vale. You will lead by example and will be responsible for the training and development of less experienced team members, as well as Medical and Nursing colleagues. Your professionalism, excellent inter-personal skills and enthusiasm, will equip you to be a valued contributor to our service and to develop to be a key member of our Clinical Pharmacy Team. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
