Job Summary We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. This role is initially fixed-term for 12 months to cover maternity leave, however we are open to this developing into a permanent role. You will work as a team of two Clinical Pharmacists delivering services to our registered patients. You will work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team of GPs, Nurses, Physician Associates and non-clinicians. Experience in primary care is preferable, however we welcome applications from pharmacists from all backgrounds as we have experience training pharmacists who are new to primary care. Job Responsibilities You will be responsible for supporting the partners and wider clinical team in implementing effective medicine management within the practice, identifying areas for improvement, and initiating and managing change. • You must be a GPHC registered pharmacist to apply for this role.
• Two years experience as a qualified pharmacist is desirable
