The post holder will work closely with members of the multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality pharmaceutical care to the critical care unit. Support and mentoring will be provided to the successful candidate to ensure that you fulfil your potential in this exciting and challenging role. The post holder will work closely with pharmacy colleagues, clinicians, nursing staff and other members of the multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality pharmaceutical care to critical care patients.
