Clinical Pharmacist

Central London Healthcare (CLH) is the General Practice Federation for the Westminster area, covering 34 GP practices. CLH currently employs a team of 14 Clinical Pharmacists and we are looking to expand the team to cover more practices in Westminster and further increase the support as well as being an integral member of the multi-disciplinary practice teams. Practices will provide GP clinical supervision for these roles. This role involves a training course with the Centre for Postgraduate Pharmacy Education (CPPE) and also Independent Prescribing qualification. This role will involve working across up to four General Practices in Westminster and committing to a training programme including independent study outside of working hours. We are looking to recruit full-time 10 sessions per week (5 days) . Working hours will be between 8am-6:30pm.
