Job Title: Client Care Assistant Salary: £20,000 – £21,000 depending on experience Location: Guildford, Surrey Job Type: Permanent Hours: Full-time About us We are a primary care practice that focuses on small animals and pets in Guildford, Surrey. Our practice offers state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and modern facilities to create a homely and relaxed environment for the animals we care for. We pride ourselves on traditional values and treat our patients as if they were one of our own. Your role and responsibilities An opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Client Care Assistant. You will be responsible for ensuring both our clients and patients receive professional service throughout their time with us. This role is fast-paced, high pressured but fun, with no working day the same. We pride ourselves on providing the best standard of care to both our long-standing and new clients, always ensuring we are personal, professional, and empathetic. Our front-of-house teams are the face and voice of our business therefore this role is extremely valued within the hospital team. The candidate needs to be confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organizational skills. This role is fast-paced, friendly, and fun with no working day the same.   • Liaising with clients and the clinical team to ensure effective customer service
  • Completing various administrative duties for the clinical team and the business
  • Promoting our fantastic Healthcare Plan
  • Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile
  • Booking appointments & diary management
  • Managing telephone and email inquiries
  • Taking payment for services and products
  • Managing cash, stock and client accounts
  • Opening and closing the practice.
