We have long term placement opportunities available for a Band 7 Audiologist available at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust specifically providing the following: The role requires assessing and formulating individualized care plans for patients diagnosed with a hearing loss or balance problem Perform all standard and advanced scientific and technical diagnostic duties in all areas of paediatric and adult Audiology Using clinical judgement and procedural guidelines and protocols, perform physical and clinical examination of paediatric and adult patients in relation to audiological assessment and rehabilitation. This may regularly entail physically positioning and manoeuvring patients and equipment which will require effective communication with and co-operation of the patient. Skills/Responsibilities: To apply for this post, you will: Have working knowledge of Audit base and Primus. Paediatric testing expertise for Tier 3 under 3-year-olds including ABR assessments. Proficient with adult hearing and balance assessments.
