With a sound understanding of NHS audiology referral pathways, you’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of hearcare administration, answering & transferring calls, updating & filing records, processing invoices, sending out correspondence and completing hearing aid repairs.
The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success. We’re looking for someone to join our friendly team, who is able to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage a changing workload, maintaining accuracy & attention to detail. An organised, pro-active approach is key – a skilled Administrator who’s flexible and understands the changing needs of the store.
