Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust – Audiologist Vestibular Clinic – Band 7 Kingston NHS Trust are seeking a specialist Audiologist to join their expert vestibular team as a part of their Ear, Nose & Throat department on an interim basis. Kingston Hospital cares for more than half a million patients every year and is highly valued by its local community, serving approximately 320,000 people in Kingston and its surrounding areas. Kingston’s expert audiology team diagnose, manage, and treat some of the most complex disorders of the ear including hearing loss, tinnitus, and balance problems. The department’s state-of-the-art equipment allows the hospital’s audiologists to offer the most accurate hearing aids and implant solutions and provide the best advice to patients when diagnosed with hearing loss and communication skills This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Clinical Audiologist to undertake a senior role within the Vestibular clinic and help treat some of the most complex dizziness, balance, and vision disorders. The successful candidate will be able to build on their specialist experience in vestibular rehabilitation and will continue to refine their skills in performing Dix Hallpikes, Epleys, lying and standing blood pressure tests, VHIT tests, SHIMP tests and many other diagnostic procedures using the hospital’s state-of-the-art equipment.
