Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser

MUST BE HCPC REGISTERED AND HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE.

A very exciting opportunity has become available for a Qualified Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser on a full time, permanent basis.

You will be working with a small team managing hearing clinics and providing excellent care to develop the customer base, working towards targets and offering any support to fellow colleagues while also still being heavily involved in the hearcare. You will also be working out in the field 50% of the time.

The practice offers industry leading training and CPD to get you up to speed and lay the foundations for a successful career with them. Career progression is available and is discussed regularly with you.

OTE wise, this role has uncapped commission and would suit someone who is commercially minded as the sky really is the limit to your earnings. The average take home throughout the practice is £60k per year, whilst the highest performers are taking home over £150k. The practice treat you as an adult with no micro managing and you are in control of your own diary.

Responsibilities of the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser

You will be working in both a local practice in North Leicestershire and out in the field. This hearing practice currently have a number of clinics per week and are looking to increase the hearcare.

Requirements of the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser

Must be a qualified Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser.
Must have a full clean driving licence.
A friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic.
A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

Compensation for the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
