An exciting oppertunity has arisen for a a well motivated candidate to joing a team of audiologists at the calderdale and huddersfield foundation trust. The department is based on three sites and covers ENT, hearing aids BAHA, and tinitus clinics for both adult and paediatric patients This role will be ideal for a newly qualified audiologist seeking to gain expierince in the profession
  • supporting ENT clinics
  • undertaking direct access hearing aid assessments
  • fitting of hearing aids
  • supporting in paeditric clinics when needed

To provide routine audiological assessments, diagnosis and rehabilitation to adults and older children and assist in more complex procedures. Taking responsibility for their own work yet under supervision of a Senior Audiologist. The post holder will also be involved in the supervision of audiology students and assistants and they will work at the base hospitals and community venues throughout Halifax and Huddersfield.
