Associate Dentist with a Twist

Lets’ get a few things over and done with. Yes, we are a dental practice. Yes, we are looking for an associate. Yes, we do a mixture of NHS and Private. If you work here you will get paid well. Full time, we imagine at least 10k a month take home, likely more if you are so inclined. That’s the boring stuff, because truthfully that description just about sums up every practice in the Country/city at the moment. Re-examine things with us… You are going to spend something in the region of 8-10 hours at the practice every day, 4 or 5 days a week. So, why not make it fun and fulfilling?! We are growing, flash-like fast. Which is why we need a team member, not just a dentist. When we look at our team and our patients at The Snowdrop Clinic, we are so proud of our work and what we’ve achieved so far. We feel fulfilled and challenged daily, (it may sound cliché… and it is) but it’s how we feel! Dentistry can often leave people feeling burned out, stifled or unsatisfied with their job, truth is, it usually isn’t the job itself that’s the issue, it is the environment and playground rules, given to do the job at hand. Which is whywe ask our team to take risks and try new and different things. Sometimes they work, and sometimes they don’t, but we know we wouldn’t have got to where we are without the team working together and doing things in their own unique way. We want our team to grow, learn new things that test us and make us try that much harder. It’s better for our patients, better for the clinicians and better for the team. If we can have some fun along the way then everyone is a winner. Are you wanting to grow? Are you ready to learn new clinical and communication skills? Or maybe you are already super slick and can do quite a few things but you need a new enironment? We ask for one thing above all else. We ask that all of our team, bring all of themselves (quirks and all) into the practice. You may be the best at composite bonding but also a fantastic guitarist, or a killer salsa dancer (FYI, be warned, as a team we love to dance it out after a long week to get those Friday feelings going). We want to see that part of you at work too!! We’re of the opinion when people say they dread going into work on Monday morning, it’s because they know they are leaving a small piece of themselves at homes. Why not see what happens when you challenge yourself to bring all of your talents to the role. We reward people not just for doing their job, but for pushing the envelope, being adventurous, creative, open-minded and trying new things. A lot of people may read this and think “this lot have completely lost their marbles!” We can’t say we haven’t… but our patients appreciate it, our staff love to smile, and we want to see how far this train can go.
