Associate Dentist – Regular Patient List 4000-8000 UDAs & TCO & Private

We are looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to take over some patients from other dentists as the practice expands its mixed income Private revenue streams. The new Associate will also be able to expand in a mixed way over time. The successful candidate will enjoy working in our busy NHS and Private dental practice. You will need to excel and take complete ownership of the main roles of the position, and be able to work independently whilst reporting back to the Principal periodically. Key Benefits:

We are looking for a minimum 2 year commitment, but ideally this is a position for a settled dentist who is looking for a long term position to grow into and make their own. We can offer more or less UDAs and days depending on the candidate. We have other practices also and can mix the days/locations also depending on what suits. For experienced dentists with qualifications and potential FD training we can offer sign on / relocation bonuses We can offer flexibility on sessions/days based around you and the practice open hours (we have plenty of surgeries and capacity in various sessions). We also have 2 x Therapists at the practice (charged at competitive rate to Dentist – Not UDA share). TCO at practice in Fulwell to help grow and work with the successful dentist. We welcome applications from current FDs for contracts beginning in September 2023. A competitive package is available to the successful candidate –

• Excellent UDA rate
• 50% Private income (minus labs)
• Fee per item in addition to above
• Key Skills and Qualifications –
• Candidate must be comfortable and efficient in delivering NHS UDAs, and continued delivery whilst increasing Private turnover.
• You should be good at building rapport with patients and offering private dentistry options in a relaxed manner. We have an excellent private dentistry reputation based on patient and dentist relationships, it is a softly softly approach rather than a hard sell.
• GDC Registration and Performer Required
• All levels of experience will be considered

– An enhanced CRB check will be required for successful candidate – Only GDC registered qualified Dentists should apply, those currently in FD training year will also be considered. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 30-40 per week Salary: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year Schedule:
