Assistant Audiologist

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to start their career in Audiology. Helping adults with hearing impairment fulfil their potential. It is a technical assistant role using the latest technology available in the NHS to help adults in their diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss. You will be based at Wycombe Hospital with weekly visits to Amersham Hospital. You will be expected to provide technical and administrative support to Audiologists. He/he will also be required to participate with all routine duties within the department, to assist in the effective running of the department and work in a professional manner to provide a quality service. If successful the post holder will be expected to attend suitable development courses chosen by the Head of Audiology which will be supported by the Trust. The main site will be Wycombe Hospital but you will also work at Amersham Hospital and can expect to cover satellite clinics and the other Trust Hospitals as required hence a valid car license is desirable.
