Apprentice Assistant Audiology Practitioner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Assistant Audiology Practitioner to join our dynamic Audiology Department which covers York and Scarborough areas. The post holder will be expected to work at Springhill House, Scarborough. We offer hearing services in both hospital and community settings across York and Scarborough area. We provide a comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitation service for both adults and children which includes tinnitus and hyperacusis management, learning disability clinics, outreach clinics for cochlear implant assessments, and new-born hearing screening. As an apprentice you will be responsible for hearing aid stock, postal requests and daily repairs of hearing aids and supporting the audiologists. Suitable candidates must have GCSE English, maths and a science at grade C/level 4 and above.
