  • Poor management, don’t listen to their staff, dismissive of everything that’s said to them.
  • Very sales focused, always short staffed, not much support
  • Lock of training and support to both OAs and management
  • Having to follow poor marketing campaigns from head office
  • Area managers refuse to give any direct advice or instruction
