Veterinary Surgeon – Equine

Come and join our team of 5 friendly equine vets. Mainly ambulatory work in beautiful Dorset.

• 100% equine department within and supported by a large mixed practice (24 hour nursing staff; on site laboratory)
• Outpatient clinic available for surgeries (by our vets or visiting specialists) and diagnostic investigations (medical, orthopaedic etc).
• Supportive team and freedom to develop clinical interest areas.
• Excellent range of modern equipment: motorised dental burrs; DR radiography; ultrasound machines; gastroscope; shock wave.

We are looking to expand our care and would be interested in hearing from a part- or full-time veterinary surgeon with some experience. A competitive package is available for the right candidate, including: CPD allowance, VDS cover, healthcare, RCVS membership, company car and a salary negotiable based on the level of experience. In a nutshell, we are looking for a friendly ‘road’ vet who likes working with people and is a good team player. Career progression through CPD towards certification is encouraged and opportunities exist for candidates who wish to progress their career and work towards senior roles/directorship within the practice.
