An exciting opportunity to join Nickolas Burnett & Associates has arisen as a Dental Receptionist. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and efficient person to join us in our growing team.   • Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
  • Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
  • Supporting Management, the Head Receptionist and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Making patients aware of dental services and offers
  • Handling payments
  • Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Communicating with dentists, nurses, receptionists, labs and patients in order to ensure each patient receives a great experience with us
We pride ourselves on our patient care and attention to detail, providing excellent treatment and customer service. We offer general, cosmetic and specialist treatments. All of our clinicians have undertaken extensive training to provide the highest quality. SOE dental software used. Ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Experience working on reception in a healthcare or hospitality environment, front of house, treatment co-ordinating and/or sales
  • Passion for delivering 5 star customer service
  • Reliable, Dependable and a Team Player
  • Caring & Empathetic
  • Professional, proactive, attentive and immaculately presented
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for practice promotion, use of social media & review collection
  • Good organisational skills and be able to prioritise

Although a candidate with previous front of house/healthcare experience is preferred, we are open to applications from those hoping to join the industry. There is also an opportunity to do Dental Nursing in the future; with full support, training and funding provided. Working Hours: 8:15AM to 5:30PM (Mon-Fri) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From £10.00 per hour Benefits:
