Dental Nurse/Receptionist

Located in Sutton Coldfield we seek a part time Dental Nurse/Receptionist who can accommodate working with us 4 days per week. Ideally you will be qualified or already enrolled on a training course with experience working in the dental setting. We are focused on our patient journey and we want every patient to have a positive experience when visiting our practice. At our practice, you are more than just a Dental Nurse/Receptionist. You are an ambassador of the practice. Our Nurses are the face of the practice which means delivering an extraordinary standard of nursing support to our dentists making our patients feel like they’re part of The family. Being part of our team you will deliver first class customer care which our patients will want to tell their family and friends about. As one of our team members you will:

• Provide a consistent high standard of nursing support to our dentists
• Assist in all types of specialist and non-specialist dentistry
• Treat patients with respect and empathy
• Have a positive attitude towards nursing and dentistry
• Be part of the team

• Work in a team on reception welcoming existing and new patients
• Checking out patients and dealing with queries

You will be on brand at all times with the practice vision making sure you give a five-star standard of customer service to every individual. You will create a welcoming yet confident and professional atmosphere that our patients sense when they arrive at the practice. The super star we are looking for will need:
