We are based in Primrose Hill, London (NW1 8UR) and we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our highly-reviewed specialist dental clinic as a Dental Treatment Coordinator. The role of a Dental Treatment Coordinator is incredibly important to the patient experience that we provide at our specialist practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients that are looking to learn more about the life-changing dental treatments and services we provide. You will spend your time managing dental enquiries for our specialist services and provide 1-2-1 consultations for those interested in learning more. You will become the bridge between our patients and our specialist dentists/nurses, ensuring that the patient is provided with exceptional/expectation-exceeding care throughout their time with us. You will also work alongside the Marketing Manager and have control of our social media pages. You will be involved in helping us create exciting content for our social media channels! You will have your own office, mobile and laptop, but most importantly, you’ll be provided with the freedom to be creative within your role to help us grow our company! The role is ideal for someone who understands and appreciates the importance of an exceptional customer experience, is passionate about our specialist dental services and is looking to help drive the practice forward. You will become an exceptional ambassador for the services provided by the specialist dentists.   • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • You have a positive mental attitude and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • You possess a minimum of 3 years of patient coordinator, retail, sales or account management experience.
Salary & Bonus:
  • This will range between £31,200-£41,600 (including bonus) depending on the experience, skills, and ability the candidate possesses.
