Dental Practice Manager

A fully competent practice manager is required who has experience in managing dental teams. the following skill sets will be required; – Confident and good people skills. – A positive work attitude and a dynamic, flexible and resilient personality. – A good working knowledge of dental practices and how to manage teams -Good written and spoken English skills. – Good IT Skills. -Excellent Analytical/monitoring skills to ensure SOP’S are implemented and adhered to. -Competent with SOE Exact software; Running financial reports, KPI’S, MPC, Workflow and compiling clinicians monthly salaries. – Good time keeping, organisational and relationship building skills – Ability to motivate teams and get the best out of people – Competent with CQC, HTM-01-05 and good practice guidelines – HR skills; handling complaints, staff issues and disciplinaries – Good business accumen ie stock ordering/monitoring, financial planning, dental chair utilisation, cutting business costs, negotiating wholesaler prices and helping clinicians maximise turnover. -Monitoring reception/staff/surgery performance and ensure an excellent patient journey. -Marketing skills/knowledge to ensure all platforms of marketing are utilised. – A driven individual with business planning and analytical skills whose drive must be to grow the business and nurture a positive work culture. FULL/PART TIME: Flexible hours available to suit the right candidate. You will be provided with iComply dental management software and IT technical support. A BONUS SCHEME WILL BE IMPLEMENTED IF CONTINUED YEARLY GROWTH IS EVIDENT AND ANNUAL TARGETS ARE MET. Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 25-35 per week Salary: £11.50-£15.00 per hour Benefits:
