Experienced Laboratory Technician Store: Chelmsley Wood Salary: Competitive depending on experience + Bonus & Perks Hours: Full Time – 37.5 (Weekend working is essential) Experience level: You must have previous experience within an Optical Lab At Specsavers, our Laboratory Technicians use the latest computer-controlled equipment and an eye for detail & accuracy, allowing them to maintain high standards maximise customer satisfaction. With your previous knowledge of an Optical Lab, you will be part of a team responsible for preparing customers spectacle orders to the highest standard and be confident with the following responsibilities: – Accurately reading lens and frame specifications from prescriptions that are received – Setting and glazing lenses into frames ensuring attention to detail at all times – Complete necessary minor repairs and adjustments – Working towards agreed timeframes to meet customer expectations
