Optical Advisor

At Alexandra Opticians, we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about healthcare to join our team of Optical Advisors. The role includes booking patients in for their eye tests, pre-screening patients, using NHS online services, dispensing spectacles and contact lenses, ordering spectacles, administering NHS forms, answering patient queries over the telephone and assist the Optometrist in running a clinic for adults and children. Excellent patient care is at the heart of everything we do. The successful candidate should be able to build a rapport with our patients and assist with their eyecare needs. Previous healthcare experience is preferable. IT skills are required in order to navigate our NHS patient online service. Work remotely
