Full Job Description
As an Optometrist, you’ll take a different approach when it comes to customer service. It’s about guiding clients through their appointments, building an understanding of their lifestyles, and recommending the right products and solutions delivering obsessively great service at every step in the Bayfields client journey.
Our 45 minute eye exams are longer than most of our competitors, so you get more time with your clients, every single time.
About you
An Optometry Degree and GOC registration are essential. You’ll also need excellent communication and listening skills, and an ability to build strong relationships with every client. Accuracy and attention to detail are just as important and you’ll be the kind of person who can diagnose and solve problems and make important clinical decisions when it really matters.
