Full Job Description
We are a busy independent family-run pharmacy located in West London, offering a range of NHS and private services, including running a travel and COVID clinic and embrace all appropriate new clinical services. We are looking for a motivated individual to take on as a pre-reg pharmacy student for 2023-24.
Being a family-run independent pharmacy you will be exposed to many aspects of pharmacy that you may not see in a multiple, including flu, pneumonia, covid, and in-house prescribing run by our qualified independent pharmacy prescriber.
Our extensive pharmacy foundation year programme provides a structured and planned course of training covering all aspects of the GPhC pre-registration syllabus with a 100% exam success rate. We offer great in store training which is further enhanced by support from ProPharmace Pre-registration Training Package ensuring that students get extra training for the final exam including a full mock exam as well as 9 external training days.
You will have a dedicated tutor, and support from a great team along the way to help enrich your knowledge and prepare you for the GPhC exam.
Salary – £19,670 based on 40 hour week, 9am to 6pm including one hour lunch. (Plus covering of all foundation year training costs)
Full time 52-week contract starting July- August 2023 and completing in July-August 2024.
MPharm degree in pharmacy required
This job vacancy only applies to candidates who are currently completing their undergraduate studies in UK or have undergone a pharmacy conversion course. The role will start in summer 2023.
We are NOT able to support Tier 2 Visa applicant.
